This should have been put in earlier, but I forgot.  This cypress wine bar was made from leftovers from my bar.  I still don't have green walls anymore.

Over-the-sofa Table

Made from guanacaste from Chinandega, Nicaragua and welded steel.  I pulled this one off just before my last deployment.  It was great to add some metalwork to the project.

This, as Hazel will tell you, was the first project she asked for just herself.  The plans were purchased, but minor modifications done by me.  Made from solid cherry, birch plywood, and wenge veneered plywood.  This was a fun one - for real!

Rick is part of a small club:  he likes my skills enough to ask me to make things for him.  I'm only too glad to since he's one of my closest diving buddies and a great friend.  This bench is made from solid Cuban mahogany acquired from my neighbors across the street.  It's so hard it untwisted one of my drill bits.

Rick does some manufacturing himself.  He builds the world's finest cranes, gangways and passarelles for superyachts.  Go and look.

Salubritorium Wine Bar

Mom was in desperate need of a new bathroom vanity.  Cabinet work is not my strong suit; nonetheless, it came out pretty decent.  Birch plywood carcass, pine doors and drawer frames with cypress tongue-and-groove panels.

Constructed of bocote from Chinandega, Nicaragua; sapele and maple.  This one was designed by Hazel and I.  I took elements from three different tables and constructed this.  Hazel did the finishing.  Notice the pencil roll edges.

This beautiful slab of acacia came from Nicaragua.  The slab was leveled with a custom jig, sealed and all holes plugged with clear resin.  The hairpin legs lend airiness, a modern feel and class.
